United States shipping

Karma Crow currently ships within the United States only. Each item is made to order.

Processing and production

Most orders require 2–7 business days to produce before shipment. Production can take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when materials are temporarily unavailable.

Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking information by email when it becomes available.

Items may be produced by different fulfillment partners, so an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact builtbyb93@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins and are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
