Returns, replacements, and refunds

Every Karma Crow item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at builtbyb93@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production begins soon after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are only possible before the order enters production. Contact us as quickly as possible; we cannot guarantee that a request can be completed after an order is submitted.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
